Content Ownership & Usage

All content delivered is 100% original and becomes your property upon full payment. You are free to edit, publish, and use it however you choose.

For white-label or ghostwriting clients, we relinquish all claims of authorship or credit upon delivery.

Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required upfront before work begins. We currently accept online payments via secure methods.

Refunds are not offered once content is delivered. However, we provide up to two free revisions to ensure satisfaction, provided the request aligns with the original brief.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days per piece unless otherwise agreed. Larger or custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear briefs, deadlines, and relevant materials. Vague or incomplete instructions may affect delivery time or quality.

Content Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse projects involving:

1. Illegal content

2. Adult, violent, or discriminatory themes

3. Plagiarism requests or rewriting copyrighted material

Revisions Policy

We offer two free revisions per order. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must align with the original scope.
